Oakland, Sacramento Sending Rescue Workers To Oklahoma Tornado Area

California is sending six specially trained urban search-and-rescue workers to Oklahoma to assist recovery efforts after Monday’s tornado.

An urban search-and-rescue team based in Menlo Park is ready to respond to Moore, Okla., where crews continue to search for survivors of a deadly tornado that struck on Monday.
