San Anselmo Man Prepares For Deep Sea Submersible Competition

A Bay Area man is close to launching a specially-designed submersible that will dive seven miles under the surface of the Pacific Ocean.

Window Opens For Surf Contest At Mavericks

Nearly two dozen elite surfers gathered in Half Moon Bay on Monday for the opening ceremonies of the annual surf contest at Maverick’s, the event’s co-founder said Tuesday.
