Every year around this time, I find myself getting asked the same question over and over again from people who know I enjoy football. “So, who do you like this season?”
After suffering just their 3rd loss of the season last week, its important for the 49ers to avoid a losing streak on Sunday. Standing in their way of getting back in the winning column will be the Miami Dolphins, who have played well in spots, but overall have not had a good season. This one does not appear to be close on paper, but the 49ers proved just last week that there are no easy victories.
The Raiders played an abysmal game on both offense and defense. Dolphins running back Reggie Bush had one of the best games of his career and Miami wide receiver Brian Hartline also played well. Oakland quarterback Carson Palmer had another game in which he threw for many yards but executed poorly when it mattered most.

Reggie Bush rushed for 100 yards and a touchdown and the once-woeful Miami Dolphins won for the fourth time in the past five games Sunday by beating Oakland 34-14.
The one constant for the Oakland Raiders through the first nine games was the ability to run the ball no matter the outcome, the defense or the running back.
