A fatal collision involving a motorcycle and car was blocking two lanes on the Bay Bridge Friday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The California Highway Patrol is stepping up patrols on the Bay Bridge to make sure that the 40 miles an hour speed limit is enforced on the s-curve.
The CHP has decided to double the number of patrols during a twelve hour stretch, beginning at nine o’clock at night.
