In a move to lure the Oakland Raiders to San Antonio, former Mayor and Clinton Cabinet member Henry Cisneros is meeting with team owner Mark Davis on Friday, just four months after Davis toured the Alamodome and declared it suitable for play.
This comes after Raiders owner Mark Davis met with officials in San Antonio about a possible move earlier this year.
The Raiders are apparently serious enough about threats to move to San Antonio that they’ve begun surveying fans in that city to see if they’d like to see the Silver & Black play home games in the Alamodome, according to San Antonio news radio station WOAI.
