Hundreds of people gathered outside San Quentin State Prison Monday afternoon for a protest that organizers said merges the Occupy and prisoners’ rights movements.

Lawyer Believes Two Cal Grads Jailed In Iran May Be Released

The two Cal Grads detained in Iran for espionage and illegal entry will get a court hearing this weekend.Their lawyer Masoud Shaflei told reporters he expects their release based on the holiday and the anniversary of their captivity.
