In their search for a backup to Colin Kaepernick, the San Francisco 49ers signed a fifth quarterback, former Cleveland QB and Sacramento native Seneca Wallace. “He does have experience and probably experience doing some of the things that the 49ers are doing with Kaepernick,” John Madden told the KCBS Radio morning crew.
