Open Carry Advocates Protest At Concord Mall
Open carry gun activists gathered outside of Concord’s Sunvalley Shopping Center Wednesday night in response to an incident a week ago in which police stopped two people carrying unloaded guns as they walked outside a mall restaurant.

An Oakland man was arrested after he and another man allegedly kidnapped a woman in Concord, robbed her and drove her to Oakland where they allegedly robbed a second person, Concord police said.
