Soquel Teens Accused Of Slashing Tires, Dropping Rock On Passing Car

Santa Cruz County authorities have arrested two male teenagers from Soquel who are suspected of slashing hundreds of car tires and dropping a large rock onto a passing car on state Highway 1.
