Woman Charged With Manslaughter, DUI In Twin Peaks Pedestrian Crash

A suspected drunken driver who allegedly ran into several pedestrians at the Twin Peaks lookout point on Thursday night, killing one, has been charged with vehicular manslaughter, a district attorney’s office spokesman said Monday.
