San Francisco Mission Bay Construction Worker Watches Work Go Up In Flames

A carpenter watched six-months worth of work go up in flames during Tuesday’s Mission Bay fire. The apartment complex under construction is now considered a total loss.

Construction Workers At New UCSF Hospital Upset Over Non-Union Hires

More than 1,000 unionized construction workers walked off the job Thursday at the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital in Mission Bay. The workers are upset after six non-union construction workers were brought on the job on Wednesday.
