The Diablo Valley Camera Club presented An Artists Reception on June 7 to introduce its 2nd Annual Photographic Exhibition. Over 50 photographs from more than a dozen photographers are exhibited at the aRtCottage, a cool little art gallery just off Todos Santos Plaza in downtown Concord.
The aRt Cottage is an art gallery and studio highlighting 3D and 2D art by local Bay Area artists. Exhibits change monthly and the public is always invited to free art receptions to enjoy the new works and share in the refreshments served. The gallery is a meeting place as well. It is a site where artists can gather to critique each other’s work. The aRt Cottage is also a learning center and offers a range of art classes for children and adults, individuals and groups. Check it out this month.
