The Outbreak: Viral Videos of The Week

On "The Outbreak" we give you the week's most infectious videos, recently released music videos and upcoming movie trailers. With so many to chose from, we took the the ones that trended the most and contained them right here.

In this week's edition, it's all about "Girls" and parodies! An Oakland toy maker self-described the song in their ad as a parody of the Beastie Boys' "Girls" and causes controversy. Plus James Franco and Seth Rogen does a parody of Kanye & Kim's Bound video.

Beastie Boys' Song "Girls" Transformed Into Girl Power Anthem for Toy Ad

It started simply enough with a commercial for a small Rube Goldberg toy that came with a parody song for Beastie Boys. It was positive, adorable, and empowering ó three important keys for anything to go viral. And viral it did go. However, the Beastie Boys agreed that the song is creative, but the bottomline is that the video is an advertisement. Going against the wishes of what the late founding member of the Beastie Boys, Adam Yauch intended for the future of their music to become.

Talk of legal proceedings reached public notice and on Wednesday, Goldiblox pulled their ad/parody video from YouTube. Read more, here.

James Franco & Seth Rogen - Bound 3

Kanye West is known for being protective over his image and family, and there's no telling how he'll react after seeing a parody of his "Bound 2" music video by Seth Rogen and James Franco.

The two prankster actors and real-life pals decided to create a shot-for-shot remake spoofing West's latest music video, which shows the rapper's fiancee, Kim Kardashian topless, straddling him on a motorcycle. Read more at CBSNews.com

"Girls" Season 3 Trailer

HBO has unveiled a trailer for the show's third season, with Hannah (Lena Dunham), Marnie (Allison Williams), Shoshanna (Zosia Mamet) and Jessa (Jemima Kirke) back in full force.

The 90-second teaser looks like this season shows glimpses of Marnie dealing with her breakup with Charlie (the actor who played him, Christopher Abbott, has left the show), Ray still having feelings for Shoshanna and Hannah and Adam appearing to be sailing smoothly in their own relationship.
