ConsumerWatch: Real Estate Fraud On The Rise In Bay Area

With 30 percent of Bay Area homes underwater, real estate fraud is at an all time high. The Alameda County District Attorney is teaming up with other Bay Area officials to target criminals preying on distressed homeowners. Julie Watts reports.
