Oakland Report Lists No Comprehensive Crime Fighting Plan
Oakland city leaders admitted at a Wednesday news conference that, despite daily battles against violent crimes and robberies, the city does not have a comprehensive crime fighting plan. Officials blamed a lack of resources within the police department as part of the reason why.
