Citizen Patrols Aimed At Curbing SJ Property Crime

With a riding number of property crimes and a dwindling police force, some determined San Jose have decided to take action to prevent neighborhood crime. As Mark Sayer reports, several members of the Eden Neighborhood Association are going out on patrol.
