Luxury Car Sales Brisk Despite Economic Uncertainty
According to a recent survey by J.D. Power, a leading auto industry forecaster, high-end cars will make up 16 percent of retail vehicles sold in December. That's up from 15.3 percent last month. A year ago, it was 14.8 percent, so that's a 1.2 percent increase year-to-year. Joe Vazquez reports.
