Feds, Coast Guard Probe Bay Bridge Oil Tanker Crash, Pilot's Role
California Board of Pilot Commissioners records show that pilot Guy Kleess was at fault for two of the accidents. In one, a dock in the Port of Stockton was damaged in 2009. In the other, a tugboat tending to his ship briefly grounded in the Port of Richmond in 2010. Joe Vazquez reports.
