San Jose Attempted Kidnapping Revealed To Be Hoax

San Jose police said a mother who claimed a man tried to kidnap her two-year-old daughter earlier this week admitted to making the story up. The woman's neighbors are stunned and upset about the hoax. Kiet Do reports.
