Oakland Council Weighs Hiring Bratton As Anti-Crime Consultant

The Oakland City Council held another meeting Tuesday night on whether to consider hiring former Los Angeles police chief Bill Bratton as an anti-crime consultant. With so many wanting to speak, the vote may be delayed.
