California Three Strike Inmates With Life Sentences Get 2nd Chance
California prisons are so overcrowded that the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the conditions amount to cruel and unusual punishment. Proposition 36, approved by voters last year, allows three-strikers to ask judges for early release. Tara Moriarty reports.
