CLAYTON (CBS SF) - A 19-year-old woman in downtown Clayton was attacked Sunday night by a group of young men, police said Wednesday.
Police arrived around 9 p.m. at Oak and Main streets where the woman reported being attacked by five to six young men aged 17 to 19 years old. The victim said the men punched and kicked her multiple times, at one point causing her to lose consciousness.

She later checked into John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek to receive treatment for a broken nose, a concussion and minor facial injuries.
Police said the woman's attackers were last seen running toward the post office on Center Street.
