OAKLAND (CBS Sports) -- The Oakland Raiders have long been impulsive with coaches: when in doubt, fire away. Owner Al Davis is gone, but some say new GM Reggie McKenzie's quick-trigger ousting of head coach Hue Jackson feels familiar.
