Another “wild west day” in Oakland? One could only be glad no innocents were struck, especially our children. Living in Oakland, a day doesn’t go by without chaos in this area. I cannot understand why this area isn’t swept on a surprise basis. I’m very aware of our lack of budget. So what if we had some assistance from other govt agencies, the state or feds? Please do not give me they (thugs) have rights, they’ve had it their way too long. Who cares if they end up in a crowded jail? They made a choice. We can make a decision. Of course, the chance of this happening? The same chance that Disneyland will open a theme park in Jack London Square. So is tomorrow another “wild west day” in Oakland? I’m sure KPIX will let us know. I don’t think we’ll hear a Disneyland theme park is on the way.
