SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – A five-year-old girl was struck and injured by a car Tuesday morning in San Francisco’s Polk Gulch neighborhood, a fire dispatcher said.

The child was struck at about 8 a.m. near the corner of Frank Norris and Larkin streets, the dispatcher said.

The girl and her mother were on their way to kindergarten class at Redding Elementary School when she emerged from between two parked cars and was hit by a passing car, according to police.

CBS 5’s Gil Diaz Reports:

She was taken to the SF General Hospital with a possible broken leg. The mother was not hurt.

The driver stopped and was being questioned by police.

this is why you teach your kids to walk across the street at intersections instead of in between cars. She should be holding that girl’s hand not let her run out into the streets.

when I was a kid in elementary school the teachers, everyday reminded us to “cross at the green, not in between”
we were also reminded not to throw trash in the street or sidewalk.
I wonder if simple things like this are even mentioned in schools today.

The FBI and DEA fabricate evidence, steal from suspects and use murder to close bad cases.
Corrupt DEA are tampering with their suspect’s automobiles with the intent of causing a fatal accident.

Sunday Sept 18 2011 a camera at the bank adjacent to Starbucks across the street from the Santa Clara University (which also happens to be next to the Santa Clara Police head Quarters building) caught 2 of these corrupt D.O.J. employees doing just that.

They have also recently, on several occasions, entered my home while I was not there so that they can get better access to my vehicle and loosen steering linkages, remove wheel weights, tamper with breaks, tamper with transmission linkages, etc…

The DEA is part of the problem and not solution. Apart from being the proxy force for the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) and the NSA, they have been a failure since Nixon’s inception. The DEA could benefit from a large buget cut and employee rift to remove the corrupt ones.
