3 Alleged Pot Growers Arrested After Reporting Ukiah Robbery

UKIAH (CBS SF) -  Two men and a woman were arrested early Tuesday morning after Mendocino County Sheriff's deputies discovered pounds of processed marijuana inside there home after responding to a reported robbery, according to a Santa Rosa Press Democrat report.

Sheriffs said that residents Mark Weatherly, James Pasco and Amanda Northurp were awakened around 5 a.m. by two robbers, one armed with a shotgun, at their Guidiville Rd. home. The suspects fled after a resident went next door to get help, according to the report.

When deputies arrived to investigate they discovered nearly 500 pot plants as well as four pounds of bagged marijuana inside the home.
