4-Year-Old Boy Drowns In San Jose Community Swimming Pool
SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- A 4-year-old boy was drowned in a community swimming pool at a South San Jose mobile home park on Friday, police said.
The young victim was identified by the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office as Michael Trinh.
San Jose police responded to a call at the County Fair Mobile Estates at 270 Umbarger Road in South San Jose at 5:42 p.m.
Michael had been unconscious while in the pool and was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
An investigation uncovered no foul play in the drowning, police said.
