Producer David Binder said Tuesday that Franco (“Oz the Great and Powerful,” “127 Hours,” “Milk”) will play George, and Irish actor and “Bridesmaids” star O’Dowd will play Lennie in the revival, which starts performances in March at the Longacre Theatre.
