SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS) – With his team trailing 28 points at half-time, quarterback Andrew Luck led the Indianapolis Colts to a 45-44 playoff victory over the Kansas City Chiefs Saturday.
“I wonder how you can take that when you have a 28 point lead,” John Madden said of his friend, Chiefs coach Andy Reid. “When that game got to ten points, I said, ‘Oh, oh. Kansas City is in trouble,'” Madden told the KCBS Radio morning crew. “(Luck) has only been playing for a couple of years. But in those two years, that’s been his big thing. Fourth quarter comebacks… You could just see it coming. When it was a big spread, I thought there was no way he was going to do it. But then when it got to ten points, I said ‘it’s in his range now for that fourth quarter comeback.'”

“I don’t know that they can beat Seattle in Seattle, but they’re going to give them a better game and a lot tighter game.” The Saints lost to the Seahawks 34-7 in Seattle last month. “(But) I don’t see them winning either.” (6:35)
