Police Dogs Compete At K-9 Trials In San Leandro
SAN LEANDRO (CBS SF) -- San Leandro police Officer Dennis Mally and his K-9 partner Rohan were celebrating their top honors Sunday.
Mally and Rohan competed Saturday in the second annual Police K-9 Trials, where they won in the "searching" contest category.
The two were competing against 28 other officer / K-9 teams from the Bay Area and Sacramento.
San Leandro police report the overall winner was Officer Gregg Tawney and his K-9 partner Rango from Elk Grove police.
