Caltrans Work On Highway 37 In Solano County Done Ahead Of Schedule; Reopens Saturday Night
SOLANO (CBS) -- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) reported that paving work on Highway 37 is going so well it will reopen in both directions by 10 p.m., Saturday night.
The full highway closures were scheduled during the two weekends of Friday, September 19 starting at 10 p.m. until Monday, September 22 at 5 a.m., and the following weekend, Friday, September 26 starting at 10 p.m. until Monday, September 29 at 5 a.m.
Caltrans has also scheduled five weekday nights of work from Monday, September 29 until Friday, October 3 from 10 p.m. each night until 5 a.m. the following morning. All work is weather permitting. Detour signs will be posted.
