SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS)_ A woman who died after becoming stranded on the rocks near Lands End on the northern coast of San Francisco Thursday afternoon has been identified by the San Francisco medical examiner’s office as a 26-year-old Seattle resident.

A second victim, identified as a 27-year-old man, was pulled to safety from some rocks, according to San Francisco fire spokeswoman Mindy Talmadge.READ MORE: Bay Area Officials Ponder Easing Indoor Mask Requirements in Wake of New CDC Guidance
Fire crews responded around 12:10 p.m. to reports of two people stuck on rocks over a cliff in the area of El Camino Del Mar and 32nd Avenue, Talmadge said.
