MILL VALLEY (CBS SF) — A section of State Highway 1 in Marin County is closed in both directions between Panoramic Highway and Muir Woods Road in Marin County, according to Caltrans.

The road was closed on Thursday after a storm washed away much of the soil below the road in one area, making it unsafe to drive on, Caltrans officials said.
