SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) — Lucky Supermarket is investigating after a customer claims they found live cockroaches inside a package of sushi at a San Francisco location.

The customer purchased the sushi at the Lucky Supermarket at 1750 Fulton Street in San Francisco just before 11 a.m. Wednesday.
