Car Plows Into San Jose Sandwich Shop
SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- A car slammed into a sandwich shop in San Jose Monday morning, fire officials said.
San Jose police officers responded at 7:18 a.m. to find a silver sedan had collided with the Thanh Huong restaurant at 2050 N Capitol Ave.
Fire personnel arrived and determined there were no injuries or severe damage to the structure.
It's unknown what caused the collision or if alcohol and drugs were a factor.
The driver of the vehicle is cooperating with the investigation, police said.
