SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) — A person was threatening to jump from the Hilton Hotel in San Francisco.
The 700 block of Kearny Street has been closed, according to police.
Over 36,000 Americans died in motor vehicle accidents in 2010, while nearly 5,000 more – nearly 38,400 – died by suicide, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Acting anxious or agitated; behaving recklessly.
Sleeping too little or too much.
Withdrawing or feeling isolated.
Showing rage or talking about seeking revenge.
Displaying extreme mood swings.
