Doctors diagnosed Daniel Fleetwood, 32, with spindle cell sarcoma and told him in July that he had only two months to live, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

His wife, Ashley Fleetwood, stepped in and asked Disney and director J.J. Abrams on Twitter if they’d let him see an early screening of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.”

The tight-knit “Star Wars” community quickly got behind the cause.

“Star Wars” actors Mark Hamill and John Boyega are throwing their support behind the #ForceForDaniel campaign and retweeted the following.

Hamill reprising his role as “Luke Skywalker” in the latest installment of the series, which stars newcomer Boyega as an ex-Stormtrooper named Finn.
