SANTA CLARA (CBS SF) — Astronaut Scott Kelly gave a new definition to the phrase ‘nosebleed seats’ as he took in Super Bowl 50 from hundreds of miles above Santa Clara Sunday.
Station Commander Kelly tweeted a picture of the game from the International Space Station.
“Got to see the #SuperBowl in person after all! But at 17,500MPH, it didn’t last long. #YearInSpace.”
