The building, completed in the last year is part of the Pinole Point complex.

Last month Amazon signed a 1 million-square-foot lease in Tracy.

Whole Foods has also opened a large distribution center in Richmond – so has Restoration Hardware. The companies are attracted to Richmond by a combination of affordable land, helpful city government and access to less congested freeways.
