OAKLAND (CBS SF) — A driver ran down a bicyclist and then stole his bike Thursday afternoon in East Oakland, police said Friday.
Officers responded at 2 p.m. to the 1300 block of 88th Avenue on a report of an assault with a deadly weapon.

The victim was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
