eBay Laying Off Hundreds Of Bay Area Employees
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - The online auction house, eBay is eliminating hundreds of Bay Area jobs.
The company has filed a notice with the state that it is permanently laying off about 300 employees in San Jose, San Francisco and Brisbane.
Those layoffs are supposed to be completed this week.
eBay's profits have been declining in the past year.
