Evacuations Ordered As Wildfire Burns Along Highway 29 in Lake County
MIDDLETOWN (KPIX) -- Crews worked to gain ground on a wildfire burning Thursday night in Lake County.
The blaze broke out around 8 p.m. along Highway 29, north of Hidden Valley Lake. Residents there were being told to evacuate immediately.
As of 10 p.m. the fire had burned 10 acres. An evacuation center was set up at the Twin Pines Casino in Middletown.
