Explosion Sends Gilroy Man To Hospital With Serious Injuries
GILROY (CBS SF) - Authorities were investigating an explosion in Gilroy that sent a man to the hospital with serious injuries.
The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office Bomb Squad responded to a report of an explosion at 2:20 p.m., on Monday.
It happened in the 1700 block of Mantelli Drive, between Rancho Hills drive and Learnard Way.
Investigators have shut down the residential area, and said it may remain closed for several days.
