SAN JUAN BAUTISTA, San Benito County (CBS SF) — A small earthquake measuring 3.4 magnitude shook an area of San Benito County Wednesday, followed by a second quake.

The U.S. Geological Survey reported the quake struck at 12:26 PT about three miles south of San Juan Bautista and about 17 miles northwest of Salinas.

The quake was followed by a 3.0 aftershock about 22 minutes later in the same location.

There were no reports of any damage or injuries.
