South Bay Hit By 2nd Small Quake Monday Morning
SARATOGA (CBS SF) - South Bay residents report feeling the shake of a second minor earthquake to hit the region Monday morning.
The latest quake, which hit at 9:27 a.m. just east of Saratoga, was recorded with a 2.9 magnitude.
On Twitter, many locals said they felt this one.
This was the second small quake to strike the greater San Jose area in under an hour. About 45 minutes earlier, a magnitude 2.7 earthquake struck north of Morgan Hill.
