SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – 49er fans are none too happy with the off-season upheaval in Santa Clara, and they’ve clearly found a target for their anger: CEO Jed York. Now, one man says he’s making it his personal mission to see that York is kicked out of the 49er Empire.

“I’m gonna make sure you go broke,” Anthony Passo says to York in the latest of a series of YouTube rants about the direction of the team. He says he wants fans to let the 49ers know with their wallets that it’s time for York to go.

Passo – who contacted the CBS SF to let us know about his mission – says he grew up a 49er fan in Illinois and is “disgusted at what the York family has done to my beloved team.” He says he started a movement in November to see York replaced with former owner Eddie DeBartolo.

“It’s up to us. The time is now,” says Passo. “We’re gonna march.”

Passo also Tweets about the team and has set up a Facebook page for fans and says players have even begun following him.

Here’s his latest impassioned (with beer in hand) post.

Other fans have started started similar Facebook drives and Twitter hashtag campaigns calling for York to go.
